General terms of sale
SCOPE
These conditions govern the sales by MISTERCAMP S.A. of rental stays in Europe and are valid when the order is placed to the exclusion of any other terms.
OUR SERVICES PRICES
Mistercamp allows you to book and to pay for the stays presented on the Internet site www.mistercamp.com.
The prices of the stays are displayed in euros, V.A.T. included.
Our prices include the renting for the period and the number of persons indicated in our offer and - save indication to the contrary in our descriptions - water, gas, electricity, parking space for one vehicle per renting, access to the reception infrastructures, activities and bathroom. Rented accommodations are fully equipped. For more details on their equipment, on arrival and departure times, as well as on the deposits, you must refer to our descriptions of campsites and rented accommodations.
Our prices do not include tourist taxes, paying activities proposed by the campsite, additional persons, pets, the renting of sheets, bicycles, safes, baby kit, etc. These additional services must be directly paid for at the campsite.

CUSTOMER ACCEPTANCE
When you click on the button “validate” at the end of the order process, you declare you accept it as well as all these general terms of sale.
The data registered by mistercamp.com are the proof of all the dealings of Mistercamp S.A. and its customers.
The data registered by the payment system are the proof of the financial transactions.
AVAILABILITY
Each stay offered is available and may be booked.
However, Mistercamp reserves a 72-hour delay from the time the order is placed to invalidate the booking if the stay has become unavailable, following exceptional changes beyond our control. We will inform you by e-mail within 72 hours. You may then ask to cancel or exchange your order.
PAYMENT OF STAY
By banker’s card
You may pay for your stay with the following banker’s cards : Carte Bleue, Visa and Mastercard.
More than 30 days before the beginning of your stay…
More than 30 days before the beginning of your stay,
you may opt for an on line security payment settlement, to be paid in
two instalments. The first payment consists in a down payment comprising
30 % of the price of the stay, 23 euros of file expenses and membership
fees to the mistercamp club (if you become a member).
We immediately confirm by e-mail your booking as well as the purchase of your stay on our www.mistercap.com site, on condition that you have given us your e-mail address.
The balance of your stay is to be paid at the latest
30 days before the beginning of your stay. You will receive an e-mail
advising you of the date of payment, if you left your e-mail address
when you placed your order.
In the event the balance of your stay has not been paid within the above-mentioned time limits, the renting is considered cancelled and our cancellation policy described below shall apply.
Less than 30 days before the beginning of your stay…
Any booking of rented accommodation made within less than 30 days before the date of the beginning of the stay and any booking you do not pay for on line (secured payment) must be fully paid in one single payment, as mentioned below.

When paying per bank transfer, your booking is confirmed only
once we receive the payment and only if the stay is then still
available.
If your stay is not available anymore when we receive your payment,
we will, if possible, suggest you an equivalent stay.
You will be free to accept or refuse our offer. If you refuse,
you will receive a full refund.
Once you have paid your first instalment, you
will receive a booking confirmation by e mail .
The second instalment is due 30 days before the beginning of your
stay.
Beyond this date and without any news from you, we will cancel
your stay . The first instalment and booking fees are not refundable.
You must absolutely settle your booking to receive your voucher.
You will receive your voucher both per mail and e-mail. If for
any reason you have not received your voucher per mail, please
use the one you have received per e mail.
The validation of the payment implies the validation
of your booking and that you accept our terms and conditions.
SECURITY
On-line payment is 100 % safe.
The information connected with your banker’s card will not circulate unscrambled on the Internet, but will be fully protected and encrypted.
You will be diverted to the secured site of
our banking partner, the LCL Bank.
Mistercamp S.A. will never dispose of the number of your card, as your number will be captured directly on the bank's site.
VOUCHER
As soon as we receive the full payment of your stay, your voucher will be sent to you by e-mail in duplicate at the address you gave when you placed your order. It entitles you to the services indicated.
A copy of the voucher must strictly be given to the campsite upon arrival.
In the event you do not receive your voucher by mail before the beginning of your stay (departure less than 72 hours after, Post Office strike,…), we recommend you use the voucher sent by e-mail
CANCELLATION AND CHANGE OF STAY
Any request for a change or cancellation shall be made by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. The time limits mentioned below start from the date of receipt of the letter. The cancellation or the change of the stay will entail the collection of at least the following costs :
More than 30 days before the beginning of the stay : 30 % of the price of the stay + file expenses.
From 30 to 15 days before the beginning of the stay : 50 %of the price of the stay + file expenses.
From 14 to 8 days before the beginning of the stay : 75 % of the price of the stay + file expenses.
Less than 8 days before the beginning of the stay : 100 %of the price of the stay + file expenses.
If our expenses were above the above-mentioned amounts, the specific amount we prove by providing documentary evidence, will be due.
DELAYED ARRIVAL-ANTICIPATED DEPARTURE
Beyond 24 hours without any news of your arrival, the campsite will take over your rented accommodation. We then deduct the expenses in application of our cancellation term.
NON APPEARANCE AT THE CAMPSITE

CANCELLATION ON ACCOUNT OF MISTERCAMP S.A.
In the event we should be led to cancel your stay, we will offer you a stay of a similar cost. If you refuse, the amounts paid will be reimbursed to you and you will receive a compensation equal to the penalty you would have borne if you had cancelled the stay on this date. If the cancellation is imposed by events of force majeure, you may not claim any compensation.
LIABILITY AND GUARANTEE
To guarantee you an excellent stay, we choose our service providers with the best possible care. The campsites we select are private campsites, with at least 3 stars (for French campsites).
Mistercamp takes all precautions to avoid any double booking. If, despite all our efforts, the rented accommodation is not available, only the campsite which is the service provider may be held responsible.
Mistercamp’s liability will, under no circumstances, be incurred for an amount greater than 3 times the price of the stay paid for.
The information put on line by Mistercamp concerning a campsite is based exclusively on the information and documents supplied by the campsite. The campsite agrees to be the owner or to enjoy the rights of use of all the documents supplied. The campsite guarantees the authenticity of the information and the fact they are neither misleading nor false. All the documents supplied must be legally free to be used on the Internet. The photographs illustrating - in support of the text - the campsites and the rented accommodation, do not come under the agreement.

ENFORCEABLE LAW DISPUTES
The parties agree that this agreement is subject to French law and that the French version of the terms and conditions of sale prevails over the English one. In the event of a dispute, the commercial court of Nantes alone shall be competent.
